In one aspect the disclosure relates to an injection device for expelling of a number of preset or user-selectable doses of a medicament, the injection device comprising: -an elongated housing (10) extending along an axial direction (z) and configured to accommodate a cartridge (20) containing the medicament and having a bung (22) sealing a proximal end of the cartridge (20), -a windup expelling mechanism (2) comprising a piston rod (30), a mechanical energy reservoir (75) and a trigger (50； 250), wherein the trigger (50； 250) is movable between an idle position (i) and a dose expelling position (d) relative to the housing (10) and configured to, when moved into the dose expelling position (d), release energy from the mechanical energy reservoir (75) to the piston rod (30) thereby axially driving the piston rod (30) relative to the housing (10) in order to urge against the bung (22), -a dose setting mechanism (3) comprising a handle (90) for rotationally selecting a dose and/or for arming the windup expelling mechanism (2), a dose tracking member (40； 140； 240) and a limiter (60； 160； 260； 360), wherein the dose tracking member (40； 140； 240) is rotatable relative to the housing (10) within a range of positional states and operatively connectable to the handle (90) for tracking a rotation thereof, and wherein the limiter (60； 160； 260； 360) is operationally engageable with the dose tracking member (40) and the trigger (50； 250) for blocking actuation of the trigger (50； 250) when the dose tracking member (40； 140； 240) is in one of a number of predetermined sections of the range of positional states.Dans un aspect, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection permettant d'expulser un certain nombre de doses prédéfinies ou sélectionnables par l'utilisateur d'un médicament, le dispositif d'injection comprenant : - un boîtier (10) allongé s'étendant le long d'une direction axiale (z) et configuré pour recevoir une cartouche (20) contenant le médicament et ayant un bo
