PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a medical image managing system and a program capable of increasing the efficiency of searching for ultrasonic diagnostic images.SOLUTION: A control unit 208 accepts input from either of a plurality of kinds of parts to be inspected as an input part to be inspected, in relation to the generation of ultrasonic image data by an image generation unit 204. Then the control unit 208 associates a body mark ID that allows identification of the part to be inspected whose input has been accepted with the ultrasonic image data generated by the image generation unit 204. Also, the control unit 208 sets the start and the end of an inspection. The control unit 208 then creates an inspection information file for each inspection such that one inspection is from the set start to end of an inspection.
