PURPOSE: An oral irrigator is provided to maximize the rinse with mouth wash by activating the flow of washing water that is injected into the mouth. CONSTITUTION: An oral irrigator includes a head(100) inserted into a moth to contact with washing water injected into the mouth and a drive unit(120) equipped with a rotary shaft connected to the head. The head is equipped with a first and a second head which are rotated in the opposite direction to each other by the rotational power of the drive unit, whereby the first and the second head rotationally move the washing water.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 구강 세척 장치는 구강에 주입된 세척수와 접촉되도록 상기 구강내로 주입되는 헤드； 및 상기 헤드에 회전 구동력을 제공하도록 상기 헤드와 연결되는 회전축을 구비하는 구동력제공부；를 포함하며, 상기 헤드는 상기 세척수에 의한 상기 구강의 가심 기능을 증대시키기 위해 상기 구강내에서 상기 세척수와 접촉된 채 회전하여 상기 세척수를 회전 유동시킬 수 있다.
