PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply consumers with high-quality agricultural products including agrochemical-free and fresh vegetables and fruits throughout the year with low energy consumption, at low cost, without spending a large amount of money constructing a plant factory, and without being affected by natural adverse environments, human adverse environments (dead spaces such as shade and places not exposed to rain, acid rain, radioactivity and the like), natural disasters, human-caused disasters, insect damage, bird damage, and animal damage.SOLUTION: A plant factory includes a shelter tunnel house T1 using a tunnel capable of avoiding unexpected and unprecedented disasters and disasters which may occur only once every 50 years such as natural adverse weather and natural adverse environments to culture plants by controlling their growing environments and to supply safe food and supply foodstuffs throughout the year. In the plant factory, environmental preservation type agricultural production is done using ICT (information and communications technology), and a smart-agriculture system, which is a culture system completely controlled by information technology, is adopted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】自然悪環境、人的悪環境(日陰や無雨水のデッドスペース、酸性雨、放射能等)、自然災害、人的災害、虫害、鳥害、獣害等の影響を受けず、且つ莫大な建設費を掛けずに低エネルギーの低コストで、無農薬で新鮮な野菜や果物等の高品質農産物が安定して周年消費者に供給する。【解決手段】自然の悪気象や悪環境など50年に一度や想定外の今まで経験したことのない災害も回避することができるトンネルを活用したシェルター・トンネルハウスT1で、植物の生育環境を制御して栽培を行い、安全な食料の供給と食材の周年供給できる植物工場とする。更にICT(情報通信技術)を活用した環境保全型の農業生産で完全IT制御栽培システムとしたスマートアグリとする。【選択図】図1
