Provided is a skin temperature elevating agent able to elevate the skin temperature in a more effective manner. The skin temperature elevating agent of the invention comprises at least two ingredients selected from: the extract of Mentha arvensis var. piperascens, the extract of Salvia sclarea, dihydro-&bgr；-ionol, and geraniol. In addition, the skin temperature elevating agent is able to elevate the temperature on the skin of the cheeks. Moreover, the skin temperature elevating agent comprises at least two ingredients selected from: the extract of Mentha arvensis var. piperascens, the extract of Juniper berry, and 4-methoxystyrene so that the skin temperature elevating agent is able to elevate the temperature on the skin of the finger tips. Therefore, the skin temperature elevating agent is able to elevate the skin temperature in a more effective manner. Additionally, the cosmetic composition, foods, and miscellaneous goods containing the skin temperature elevating agent also have a skin temperature elevating effect.
