SOLUTION: The spice stability retention agent for beverage comprises a polyglycerol fatty acid ester obtained by esterifying a polyglycerol having 3-10 average polymerization degree with a 2-18C fatty acid and has 1.450-1.465 refractive index at 20°C and &le15 mgKOH hydroxy value.
