PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating device with a mist function capable of detecting leakage of a liquid-liquid heat exchanger not only when a mist operation is performed but also when a single heating operation is performed, and detecting the leakage of the liquid-liquid heat exchanger as early as possible and reliably by increasing the frequency of a leakage detection operation.SOLUTION: A bathroom heating device with a mist function comprises operation control means 26 for controlling a heat medium flow control valve 22, a mist valve 15, and a water feed valve 17 to be opened in a case of performing a mist operation, and controls the heat medium flow control valve 22, the mist valve 15, and the water feed valve 17 to be closed in a case of performing a single heating operation.
