PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition allowing production of a quantitative aqueous composition in a standard production facility due to a less number of production steps, easily ensuring asepsis, requiring no heating sterilization of brinzolamide, comprising fine particles of brinzolamide, and being preferable as a medicine.SOLUTION: A method comprises (1) a dissolution step of dissolving brinzolamide in an acidic aqueous solution to obtain an acid solution, (2) a filtration step of aseptically filtering the acid solution to obtain filtered water, (3) a mixing step of mixing the filtered water with a carboxyvinyl polymer to give mixed water, and (4) a pH adjustment step of mixing the mixed water with a pH adjusting agent under agitation condition and modifying the pH to obtain an aqueous composing agent comprising particles of the brinzolamide, where an aqueous composition comprising particles of brinzolamide is produced by mixing the aqueous solution obtained in (3) with a pH adjusting agent under agitation condition and modifying the pH.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 製造工程数が少なく標準的な製造設備で定量的な水性組成物の製造が可能であり、無菌性の確保が容易であり、ブリンゾラミドの加熱滅菌が不要である、ブリンゾラミドの微粒子を含む、医薬品として好ましい水性組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】 (1)ブリンゾラミドを酸性水溶液に溶解して、酸溶液を得る溶解工程、(2)酸溶液を無菌ろ過して、ろ過水を得るろ過工程、(3)ろ過水とカルボキシビニルポリマーを混合して、混合水とする混合工程、(4)混合水とpH調節剤を撹拌条件下において混合し、pHを変更して、ブリンゾラミドの粒子を含む水性組成剤を得るpH調節工程を(3)により得られた水溶液とpH調節剤を、撹拌条件下において混合し、pHを変更することにより、ブリンゾラミドの粒子を含む水性組成物を製造する方法によって達成される。【選択図】 なし
