PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter whose height can be easily adjusted in conformity to the surface of culture soil.SOLUTION: The planter comprises a combination of a box-shaped planter main body 2 and a soil-binding frame body 3 whose upper and lower ends are open and which has a side wall. The frame body 3 comprises a first frame piece 7 and a second frame piece 8. The first frame 7 is provided with flange parts 11 formed at the upper-end outer sides of a long-side wall part 9 and a short-side wall part 10. The second frame piece 8 is provided with wide flange parts 12 each having a wider width than that in the indoor-outdoor direction of the flange part 11 as substitute for the flange parts 11 of the first frame piece 7.
