PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body motion sensor capable of easily and correctly detecting a body motion without imposing a load on a subject, and also to provide a body motion measuring device.SOLUTION: The body motion sensor 2 includes: an expansible base material 22 expansible sensor bodies 20 and 21 supported by the base material 22 and made of conductive elastomer pairs of electrodes 230-233 connected by separation at a prescribed interval in the expansion direction of the sensor bodies 20 and 21, and outputting electric resistance and a restriction member 23 arranged between at least the pairs of electrodes 230-233 in the sensor bodies 20 and 21, and restricting the excessive expansion of the sensor bodies 20 and 21.
