PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly type insect trap capable of maintaining adhesiveness of an adhesive sheet for trapping harmful insects over a long period of time even if it is installed in an environment where dust concentration is high.SOLUTION: An assembly type insect trap includes a back plate (12) and a front plate (14) formed of a piece of paper blank (10), an adhesive sheet (18) fixed to the blank (10) to which a sex pheromone attractant (A) and a dietary attractant (B) for harmful insects can be stuck, and at least one pair of foldable flaps (36) formed in the two side edge parts of the back plate (12).
