FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely to thermoelectric devices for undertaking cosmetic procedures on the face. Device comprises a heat contact plate, a system of heat removal, thermal elements and a controlled DC source connected to thermal elements at that, the heat contact plate is made in the shape of a flexible base of high heat-conducting material, having the shape of a mask imitating individuals face contours with openings in the area of eyes, nose and mouth, and consisting of segments assembled to enable adjustment of its shape and dimensions in accordance with specific geometrical characteristics of the human face. At that, a tight mechanical contact of assembled segments between themselves is achieved by anchor jointing along their side surface, while the side surface of the above described base, free from connecting anchors, has projections, bent at an angle of 90° to the base and coupled with provision of a tight thermal contact with exposing junctions of thermal elements, bearing junctions of which are in contact with an air radiator, whereas on the face side of the base surface there is present a thin silicone layer, which, at the opposite side of the base and over the entire area is in contact with a collar, connected to an injection tube, while the base is equipped with a fastening device.EFFECT: use of the invention provides a possibility of simultaneous thermal impact on the entire surface of a person in accordance with certain structure and geometry.1 cl, 1 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине и медицинской технике, а именно к термоэлектрическим устройствам для проведения косметических процедур на лице.
