PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a heat insulation cover for a plastic greenhouse is provided to have a double-clutch mounted on one fixed motor instead of using two motors. CONSTITUTION: A double-clutch(200) is connected to a motor(100) to convert and drive two shafts. A winding shaft(300) of a heat insulation cover is connected to the double-clutch, and coils the heat insulation cover. The heat insulation cover(400) is coiled on the winding shaft. A tug(500) is connected to the end of the heat insulation cover to assist the uncoiling. A tug roller(600) switches the direction of the tug in uncoiling the heat insulation cover. A tug winding shift(700) is connected to the double-clutch to coil the tug which has passed through the tug roller. A controller(800) is connected to the motor and the double-clutch, and controls the driving of a device. A winding support box(710) is fixed to a ring, and supports the coiled heat insulation cover. A roller(711) presses the heat insulation cover when the heat insulation cover is coiled and uncoiled.본 발명의 비닐하우스 보온덮개 개폐장치는 모터와 상기 모터에 연결 구성되어 두 개의 축을 구동하는 더블클러치와 상기 더블클러치에 연결 되어 보온덮개를 권취 하는 보온덮개권취축과 상기 보온덮개권취축에 권취, 권출 되는 보온덮개와 상기 보온덮개의 끝에 연결되어 보온덮개의 권출을 돕는 예인선과 상기 보온덮개의 권출 시 예인선의 방향 전환시키는 예인롤러와 상기 예인롤러를 지난 예인선이 권취 되며, 더블클러치에 연결되는 예인선권취축 및 상기 모터와 더블클러치에 연결되어 장치를 구동을 명령하는 컨트롤러로 이루어진다.
