The present invention relates to engineered immune cells endowed with a new CD22 chimeric antigen receptor (CD22 CAR) having a deletion in the TRAC gene that can redirect the immune cell specificity and reactivity to selected immune cells. The engineered immune cells to which these CARs are endowed are particularly suitable for the treatment of relapsed refractory CD22 expressing cancer.본 발명은 선택된 면역 세포에 대한 상기 면역 세포 특이성 및 반응성을 재지향시킬 수 있는 TRAC 유전자에서의 결실을 갖는 새로운 CD22 키메라 항원 수용체 (CD22 CAR)가 부여되는 조작된 면역 세포에 관한 것이다. 이러한 CARs이 부여되는 상기 조작된 면역 세포는 특히 재발성 불응성 CD22 발현 암의 치료에 적합하다.
