An assembly type harpoon device according to the present invention comprises a rod-shaped harpoon bar and a harpoon head coupled to one end of the harpoon bar. The harpoon bar comprises: a body part assembled by a plurality of connecting rods and a joint part having a joint structure using a pin to be bendable between a first connecting rod, which is any one connecting rod, and a second connecting rod, which is another connecting rod adjacent to the first connecting rod, so that the connecting rods can be folded or unfolded without breaking each other.
