A medical therapy device comprises: a housing； a controller positioned within the housing for monitoring a condition of a patient based on a signal received from at least one sensor associated with the patient and initiating a treatment based on the condition of the patient； and at least one indication mechanism provided on the housing and configured to provide an indication to the patient of at least one condition of at least one of the medical therapy device, the at least one sensor, and the patient. The at least one indication mechanism is visible without manipulation of the housing of the medical therapy device.
