PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a copolymer allowing easy handling of a metal complex as a liquid agent a metal polymer complex and a dispersion liquid of micelles, composed of the metal polymer complex.SOLUTION: The copolymer is obtained by at least copolymerizing a monomer (A) having a multidentate ligand coordination-bonding to a metal atom, and a hydrophilic monomer (B). The molar ratio of the monomer (A) and the monomer (B) is preferably 1:99 to 99:1.
