Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Abschnürvorrichtung für Körperteile, insbesondere Venenstauer, mit einem um ein Körperteil legbaren Abschnürband (10), welches selbst in Umfangsrichtung elastisch ausgebildet ist oder mit mindestens einem elastischen Abschnitt versehen ist, und mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung (30), mittels deren das Abschnürband (10) in seinem um ein Körperteil gelegten gespannten Zustand zu einer Schlaufe verriegelbar ist.
