The present invention relates to a vinyl covering device comprising: a support unit a fixed support unit which is fixed at one end of the support unit and has a rotary support unit at the inner top end thereof a variable support unit which is fixed at the other end of the support unit to have an adjustable length and has a rotary support unit corresponding to the rotary support unit at the top thereof and a developing means which has one end fixed at the side of the fixed support unit of the support unit and the other end extended to be arranged in parallel with an axial line formed by the rotary support units. When vinyl is released, the same is passed through the developing means so that the folded part of the vinyl can be naturally developed.
