The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of multiple sclerosis, which contains, as an active ingredient, 4-(2-aminopyridin-4-yl)-3- (4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-6-oxopyridazin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazole or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.La présente invention concerne un produit pharmaceutique qui possède un effet curatif suffisant sur la sclérose en plaques et une excellente activité inhibitrice auto-immune, tout en permettant une diminution des effets secondaires découlant des agents stéroïdes et de l'interféron β.
