PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of man and the environment by disinfecting and sterilizing an HEPA filter before it is taken out of a case body and taking the filter out of the case body after the processing.
SOLUTION: In the sterilizing gas osmotic device provided with a sterilization storage 2 for storing an object 3 to be sterilized inside and a mechanism for osmosing the sterilizing gas into the object 3 to be sterilized where the gas is hard to osmose inside, a pouring means for pouring the sterilizing gas into the HEPA filter 5 in parallel to the sterilization storage 2 installed between an exhausting device 7 and the sterilization storage 2 and the sterilization storage 2 is provided also a means 10 for resolving and detoxifying a small capacity of sterilizing gas is provided for a post-process of the HEPA filter 5.
