PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical support device and a medical support system which associate medical information with each other and display important medical information in a way preventing a user from overlooking it.SOLUTION: A distribution server (35) of a medical support device comprises an importance level tabulation processing unit (36) which performs tabulation processing of an importance level of each piece of medical information, a display method changing unit (37a), and a linkage display control unit (37b). The importance level tabulation processing unit (36) tabulates importance levels determined by a doctor in charge and medical support staff to calculate a tabulation importance level. A display method changing unit (37a) changes a display method in accordance with the tabulation importance level.
