PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simplifying work in stab cultivation, by which the same or more of crop yield and quality as or than those by a soil cultivation can be expected, workload/operation efficiency in harvesting work or cultivation management work such as culture medium transporting, fix planting or chemical spray can be largely saved and/or improved, and also the stab cultivation is carried out with inexpensive equipment, and to develop and provide a device for simplifying work in the stab cultivation. SOLUTION: The method for simplifying work in the stab cultivation comprises the following process: setting up plural columns of frames 1 at a predetermined interval so as to be arranged in parallel to one another, setting root-preventive water permeable sheets 2 on respective columns between frames 1a and 1b each upper part of which stands opposite to each other in a bridging fashion, applying culture medium 3 mixed with crushed chaff and peat moss at a predetermined ratio on each sheet, movably installing a creeper 5 on or between these frames via rails 4 so as to enable a user to work using the creeper.
