A method of treating a cancer in a subject is disclosed, comprising administering to the subject an immunomodulator and a second therapeutic agent, wherein: (i) the immunomodulator is chosen from one or more of: an activator of a costimulatory molecule or an inhibitor of an immune checkpoint molecule, and (ii) the second therapeutic agent is LDK378, thereby treating the cancer.L'invention concerne une polythérapie comprenant l'inhibiteur sélectif muté de l'EGFR, l'EGF816 et un immunomodulateur choisi parmi un activateur d'une molécule co-stimulatrice et/ou un inhibiteur d'une molécule de point de contrôle immunitaire.
