The method for treating paraprosthesis infection in prosthesis replacement of the hip joint comprises sampling material for bacteriologic analysis, the irrigation of the wound with the aqueous solution of chlorohexidine, the use of antibacterial drugs, the closure of the wound and its drainage. The surgical treatment of the wound is provided in two stages involving the laboratory monitoring of the wound process and debridement. The femur component of endoprosthesis is dislocated into the wound. The stability of the fixation of the endoprosthesis components is assessed, the lavage of the wound with antiseptic solution is provided. The spacer containing cement and antibiotics is generated and installed onto the neck of the prosthesis. The drainages are installed into paraprosthesis space. At the second stage, the spacer is dismantled and the material is sampled again for bacteriologic analysis. The hip component of the implant and the head are mounted, and the total endoprosthesis is formed applying the blind suture onto the wound.Способ лечения парапротезной инфекции при эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава включает забор материала для бактериологического исследования, ирригацию раны водным раствором хлоргексидина, использование антибактериальных препаратов и закрытие раны и ее дренирования. Хирургическую обработку раны осуществляют в два этапа, во время проведения которых проводят лабораторный мониторинг раневого процесса, выполняют дебридмент, осуществляют вывих бедренного компонента эндопротеза в рану, оценивают стабильность фиксации компонентов эндопротеза, осуществляют лаваж раны антисептическим раствором и обработку бедренного компонента, формируют спейсер, в состав которого входят цемент и антибиотики. Устанавливают спейсер на шейку протеза и дренажи в парапротезное пространство на первом этапе лечения, а на втором этапе при достижении признаков регенерации и отсутствии микрофлоры при бактериологическом исследовании спейсер демонтируют, повторно проводят
