A pharmaceutical preparation comprising: a) a core with an active ingredient and with an organic acid and/or the salt of an organic acid； and b) a coating which envelops the core and which comprises a polymer content of (meth)acrylate copolymers which have not more than 15% by weight of cationic or anionic groups, and which comprises at least 60% by weight of a (meth)acrylate copolymer which is composed of free-radically polymerized units of 93 to 98% by weight C1- to C4-alkyl esters of acrylic or of methacrylic acid and 7 to 2% by weight (meth)acrylate monomers having a quaternary ammonium group in the alkyl radical, wherein the active ingredient has a solubility in water of at least 10 g/l at 20° C. and the coating comprises silicon dioxide particles having an average particle size in the range from 1 to 50 mum.본 발명은 a) 활성 성분 및 유기산 및/또는 유기산의 염을 가지는 코어； b) 코어를 둘러싸며, 15 중량% 이하의 양이온성 또는 음이온성 기를 가지고, 93 내지 98 중량%의 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1- 내지 C4-알킬 에스테르 및 7 내지 2 중량%의 알킬 라디칼 내 4급 암모늄 기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체의 유리 라디칼 중합된 단위로 이루어진 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체 60 중량% 이상을 포함하는 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체의 중합체 함유물을 포함하는 코팅을 포함하며, 상기 활성 성분은 20℃에서 10 g/l 이상의 수용해도를 가지고, 상기 코팅은 1 내지 50 ㎛ 범위의 평균 입도를 가지는 이산화규소 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 제제에 관한 것이다.
