A medication recording apparatus is used for sensing and recording patient's medication. The medication recording apparatus is coupled with a drug inhaler. When the patient receives a drug from the drug inhaler, a drug-supply actuation is generated. The medication recording apparatus has: a sensing module for sensing at least one type of the drug-supply actuation and sensing a data generated by the drug-supply actuation； a control and analysis module for determining if the drug-supply actuation is a valid medication according to the data and recording effective medication information corresponding to the effective medication. A medication recording method is also provided and used to analyze if the drug-supply actuation of the patient generates the valid medication and to record the effective medication information, so as to control the patient's medication status.一種用藥記錄裝置，用以感測及記錄病患之用藥是否為有效用藥，該用藥記錄裝置耦合於藥物吸入器，經由病患使用該藥物吸入器產生供藥作動，該用藥記錄裝置包括：至少一感應模組，用以感測該供藥作動，並感測該供藥作動對應產生之作動資料；及控制分析模組，用以對該作動資料進行分析記錄，並包括處理單元，其根據該作動資料判斷該供藥作動是否為有效用藥，並記錄該有效用藥對應之有效用藥資料。再者，一種用藥記錄的方法，用以分析病患之供藥作動是否產生有效用藥，並記錄該有效用藥資料，以控制病患之用藥狀況。
