PURPOSE: A plaster cast wearing structure for inflammation suppression is provided to reduce itchiness caused by inflammation due to wearing of gypsum.CONSTITUTION: A plaster cast wearing structure for inflammation suppression comprises a wool layer(10), a drug, aerial pressurizing layer(20), a gypsic horizon(30) and a bandage layer(40). The wool layer is in contact with the affected part due to fracture of mammals except for human in order to help protection or treatment. The drug and aerial pressurizing layer can inject disinfectant or air. The gypsic layer fixes the fracture area of the bone-fracture patients. The bandage layer is provided by being rolled on the gypsic layer. In the drug and aerial pressurizing layer, the drug and air supplying pipe which can supply disinfection medicine or air is connected with the inside.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 예를 들어 사람 또는 사람을 제외한 포유동물의 뼈에 손상이 생긴 경우에 석고를 포함하는 깁스부재 착용구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 깁스부재 착용구조는 골절에 의한 환부위에 접촉되어 환부의 보호 및 소독을 위한 솜층 상기 솜층 상에 제공되어 소독약 또는 공기 주입을 위한 약물/공기 주입층 상기 약물/공기 주입층 상에 제공되어 골절 환자의 골절 부위를 고정하기 위한 석고층 및 상기 석고층 상에 감겨져 제공되는 붕대층을 포함한다. 상기 약물/공기 주입층에는 외부로부터 붕대층과 석고을 경유하여 약물 소독약 또는 공기를 공급할 수 있는 약물/공기 주입관이 내부와 통하도록 제공되어 있고, 상기 약물/공기 주입층의 피부면측에는 요철 구조를 갖고, 각각의 피부면측 접촉 부위에는 외부로부터 상기 약물/공기 주입관을 통해 주입되는 약물 또는 공기가 피부와 접하여 있는 솜층에 공급되게 다수의 구멍이 형성되어 있다. 이러한 구성을 갖는 깁스부재 착용구조는 석고와 붕대를 착용한 상태에서도 피부에 소독약이나 공기를 직접 공급할 수 있어 석고와 붕대의 착용으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 환자의 가려움증 또는 기타 염증 반응을 항시 억제할 수 있도록 한다.
