PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird proof sheet that has both of bird proof property and odor control property, and also has transparency when viewed by a human eye.SOLUTION: A bird proof sheet is a flexible mesh sheet that has a base fabric comprising a coarse knitted fabric constituted of a fiber yarn and a flexible resin layer formed on both sides of the base fabric, and has a porosity of 25-70%. In the bird proof sheet, one side of the flexible mesh sheet forms an ultraviolet ray scattering plane by containing a flexible resin layer containing at least inorganic particles selected from among barium sulfate particles, aluminum oxide particles, magnesium oxide particles and zirconium oxide particles, and a stain-proof resin layer formed of an acryl resin and/or a fluororesin on the flexible resin layer.
