PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method having excellent permeability by suppressing kink and wrinkle of sheet and swing of an elastic member upon forming holes, and a producing device thereof.SOLUTION: A method comprises: a step in which a pair of sheets 1, 2 and an elastic member 3 are made to approach each other and transferred to run along a peripheral surface of a machining pattern roll 20 comprising machining part lines in which emboss projecting parts 11 and hole making pins 12 are alternately arranged a step in which the hole parts are formed by making the hole making pins to penetrate a part where the elastic member of the pair of sheets is absent a step in which, while keeping penetration of the hole making pins, a laminated product 5 is transported to a position on the peripheral surface of the machining pattern roll where an anvil roll opposing to the machining pattern roll is arranged a step in which, at the opposing position between the machining pattern roll and the anvil roll, a jointing part is formed by crimping between the emboss projecting part and the peripheral surfaces of the anvil roll on a part different from the hole parts on the sheets of the laminated product and on a part where the elastic member is absent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
