We develop and provide an HBV replication activity evaluation system that can visualize and quantify HBV DNA replication in a short time, safely, and quickly, and an evaluation method using it. In addition, we develop and provide a novel composition for inhibiting HBV replication that has a different mechanism of action from conventional anti-HBV drugs. There is provided a hepatitis B therapeutic agent comprising, as an active ingredient, an HBV-Pol activity inhibitor comprising a phosphorylation inhibitor that inhibits phosphorylation of a TxY motif present in the terminal protein region of HBV-Pol.安価、安全かつ迅速にHBV DNA複製を短時間で可視化、数値化できるHBVの複製活性評価システムとそれを用いた評価方法を開発し、提供する。また、従来の抗HBV薬とは作用機序が異なる新規HBV複製阻害用組成物を開発し、提供する。 HBV-Polの末端タンパク質領域内に存在するTxYモチーフのリン酸化を阻害するリン酸化阻害剤からなるHBV-Pol活性阻害剤を有効成分とするB型肝炎治療剤を提供する。
