PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of properly continuously reproducing 4D data an image storing device and a medical image diagnostic device.SOLUTION: This image processing system includes the image storing device and a reproduction controller. The image storing device stores four-dimensional data as a series of volume data group collected over time, together with control information for controlling the reproduction of the four-dimensional data. The reproduction controller acquires the volume data group together with the control information from the image storing device, and continuously reproduces the series of acquired volume data group in accordance with the control information.
