Device for combined detoxication of extracorporeal blood and lymph comprises blood sampling device in form of controlled suction pump lymph sampling device in form of dropper with drops sensor flow distributors of blood or lymph purification circuit consisting of operating lymph container, pumps for lymph movement along hydropaths of device, as well as main filter for purification of lymph or blood filtrate unit synchronization and control unit to which all above listed units are electrically connected reinfusion unit in form of dropper wherein main filter has filtrate discharge branch pipe, which is hydraulically connected to input of filtrate unit providing extraction of useful elements from filtrate for return in patients blood flow through reinfusion unit, which is connected to output of this filtrate unit. Blood flow distributor and sorption filter are added, hydraulic output of which is connected to reinfusion unit. Blood flow distributor is connected to output of blood sampling device with its input, one of its hydraulic outputs is connected to sorption filter, while another one is connected to one of inputs of flow distributor of blood or lymph, second input is connected via pump with operating container for lymph, and output is connected to main filter of purification circuit.
