The present invention provides a medical device which is transplanted or attached to a body of a user to collect one or more biological information of the user, to transfer the biological information to a host of the medical device, and to receive control information from the host of the medical device. The medical device generates a session key by simultaneously sensing the particular biological information of the user with the host of the medical device and exchanges the biological information which is encrypted with a session key or the control information with the host of the medical device while the session key is valid.
