A method for treating postuveal glaucoma in the presence of goniosynechia relates to medicine and specifically to ophthalmology, and consists in exposing to laser radiation a trabecular zone in which goniosynechia exists, wherein the method is carried out in two stages, the first stage involving conducting a basal YAG-laser iridectomy, and then performing goniopuncture in the projection of the iridectomy, thus allowing for preserving visual function and preventing the relapse of an increase in intraocular pressure.La méthode de traitement du glaucome secondaire à luvéite présentant des goniosynéchies concerne la médecine et notamment lophtalmologie et consiste à traiter avec un rayonnement laser la zone du trabéculum présentant des goniosynéchies, cette méthodes étant mise en oeuvre en deux stades, au premier stade on effectue une iridectomie au laser YAG puis, dans la projection de liridectomie, on effectue une ponction de les goniosynéchies, ce qui permet de conserver la vue et empêcher les rechutes de hausse de lophtalmotonus.Способ лечения постувеальной глаукомы с наличием гониосинехий относится к медицине, в частности к офтальмологи и заключается в воздействии лазерным излучением на зону трабекулы с наличием гонеосинехий, причем способ осуществляют в два этапа, причем на первом этапе производят базальную YAG-лазерную иридэктомию, а далее в проекции иридэктомии производят гонеосинехиопунктуру, что позволяет сохранить зрительные функции и предотвратить рецидивы повышения офтальмотонуса.
