PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more precise biological plantation device and a method for producing the biological implantation device.SOLUTION: The biological implantation device includes: electrodes and conductor wires that are formed of a transparent conductive material having biocompatibility and conductivity and transmit at least one of a light flux entering a living body and a substrate on which the electrodes and the conductor wires are installed. The substrate includes a substrate that has biocompatibility and conductivity and is formed of a transparent insulation material transmitting at least part of the light flux entering the living body and a stimulation part connected to the electrodes via the conductor wires and mounted on the substrate for outputting a stimulus signal from the electrodes.
