PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new woven fabric which suppresses propagation of a causative microbe and generation of half-dry smell effectively and persistently when dried in a room, and has general characteristics as an antimicrobial woven fabric without losing these suppression effects even when washed.SOLUTION: The antimicrobial woven fabric is an antimicrobially-processed woven fabric and exhibits 2.2 or higher microbiostatic activity value to each of Moraxella catarrhalis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli when an antimicrobial property test (quantitative test) of a textile product is conducted according to JIS L1092. When whiteness of the antimicrobial woven fabric is defined as WI, that of a standard woven fabric is defined as WI0, and a difference therebetween is defined as DWI, DWI(DWI=WI0-WI) is 5.0 or smaller.
