PURPOSE: An air-cooled apparatus is provided to cold and heat stimulations by using a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An air-cooled apparatus comprises a conductive element, a thermoelectric element(20), a heat exchanger(30), a fan(40), a display device(50), and a control module(60). The conductive element produces electric stimulation. The thermo element is in contact with rear side of the conductive element and supplies cool air or hot air to the conductive element. The heat exchanger comprises a heat block(31), a heat pipe(32), a hole, and a heat fin(33). The heat block is transmitted heat generated from thermoelectric element. The heat pipe is transmitted heat from the heat block.
