PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant that uniformly disperses a slightly soluble/slightly dispersible ceramide in an aqueous medium by adding a cello-oligosaccharide to the ceramide in a skin care preparation in the field of a cosmetic, quasi-drug and medicine or in a hair treatment agent and a ceramide composition that is uniformly dispersed and stably preserved.SOLUTION: The ceramide dispersant comprises a cello-oligosaccharide.
