PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable step structure for enhancing a training function and momentum.SOLUTION: The adjustable step structure includes a rotating base 20 movably installed on a rotating shaft 15 at a mid stage of a base 10, and pedals 30 movably installed on both sides of the rotating base 20 so as to be stepped up and down. When the rotating base 20 and the base 10 are restricted, crossing step exercise of stepping up and down can be obtained, and when a cross link unit and the base 10 are restricted, the rotating base 20 swings in response to the up/down step action of the pedals 30 to form waist twisting motion of the cross oblique step.
