PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure and a concrete secondary product for a growing space which maintains a natural environment without upsetting an ecosystem for plants and animals, by overcoming the problem that conventional retaining wall work, river works and the like, which are finished and completed works for a bare face of concrete, are natural-environment destroying type works in which landscape and the ecosystem are disregarded. SOLUTION: A structure and a manufacturing method, which are used for the complete vegetation of the surface of the concrete structure and that of the concrete secondary product, are formed of a method for separating a strong alkali region of concrete from a growing area for the plants and living things by plastic etc. so as to secure the growing area for the plants and the living things, and a method for neutralizing the concrete itself.
