PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a method for determining a treatment plan for treatment of a narrow section generated in an arterial vessel due to calcification on a basis of objective data without depending on the subjectivity of a practitioner, and providing data for enabling the treatment to be performed on the patient with a proper policy corresponding to a progress of the calcification.SOLUTION: An arterial vessel is CT-imaged to create a curved multi-planar reconstruction, so that a narrow section in the arterial vessel is determined. When an average value of CT values of an area of interest (A) set at the center of a vascular lumen of the narrow section is equal to or greater than a predetermined cut-off value C1, it is determined that passing of a guide wire through the narrow section is impossible. When a maximum value of CT values of a larger area of interest set at the center of the vascular lumen of the narrow section is equal to or greater than a predetermined cut-off value C2 and when calcification in the narrow section is of an entire circumference type or an obstructive type, it is determined that expansion of the arterial vessel having the narrow section is impossible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】動脈血管における石灰化による狭窄部位の治療の際に、施術者の主観によることなく、客観的なデータから治療方針を決定する方法を確立し、石灰化の進行具合に応じた適切な方針で患者への治療を行えるようにするためのデータを提供する。【解決手段】動脈血管をCT撮影し、曲面任意多断面再構成画像を作成することにより該動脈血管における狭窄部位を特定する。狭窄部位の血管内腔中心に設定した関心領域(A)におけるCT値の平均値が、予め設定したカットオフ値C1以上の場合に、該狭窄部位に対するガイドワイヤーの通過が不可能であると判定する。更に、狭窄部位の血管内腔中心に設定したより面積の広い関心領域におけるCT値の最大値が、予め設定したカットオフ値C2以上であり、かつ、狭窄部位における石灰化が全周性又は閉塞性である場合に、該狭窄部位のある動脈血管を拡張することが不可能であると判定する。【選択図】図5
