The present invention relates to a tea ingredient manufacturing method. The method includes: a step of making an extract (1) by mixing and boiling the roots, stems, leaves, and fruits of edible and medicinal plants able to be formed into tea and having similar or same functions; a step of putting and precipitating a dried porous (sponge-like) plant or chemical piece ingredient (2), which is harmless to human body and able to be formed into precipitation dry tea, in the extract; and a step of re-drying the plant or ingredient to solidify components of the extract (1) precipitated in the plant or ingredient.
