The present invention relates to tolerogenic dendritic cells for treating myocardial infarction and a method of producing the same, and more specifically, to immune tolerogenic dendritic cells for treating myocarditis, which is provided to treat cardiac failure developed by excessively remodeling of a left ventricle during myocardial recovery from acute myocardial infarction, and to a method of producing the same.
