The present invention provides a method of preventing or treating a Mycobacteriumtuberculosis (Mtb) infection in a mammal the method comprising administering to the mammal a first inhibitor, wherein the first inhibitor is an inhibitor of heme degradation and wherein the first inhibitor is a metal protoporphyrin, and administering to the mammal a second inhibitor, wherein the second inhibitor is an inhibitor of Mtb, wherein administration of the first and second inhibitors to the mammal prevents or treats Mtb infection in the mammal.L'invention porte sur le traitement du Mycobacteriumtuberculosis (Mtb) chez un mammifère.
