The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for adipocyte differentiation induction and/or adipose tissue regeneration comprising, as an active ingredient, an exosome extracted from a stem cell which is differentiating into an adipocyte. The exosome is excellent in expression rate of bioactive factors influencing the differentiation into an adipocyte and has the effect of differentiating a stem cell into an adipocyte.
