PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the production of a biocompatible composition having a capacity of being localized to a peculiar position, a correct long term or short term polymerization time and suitable for in vivo absorption properties or the like, and a using method including a sealant composition.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a phase compatible composition obtained by combining a substrate comprising one or more kinds of proteins selected from albumin, elastin, fibrin and soluble and insoluble collagens and an adhesion modifier and prepared by one or more kinds selected from plasticizers, hydrocarbons and the other modification substances with thermally stabilized glutaraldehyde. The substrate may further include carbohydrate, a filler and polyblend.
