The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for diagnosing a human body non-alignment syndrome using sole pressure and movement information of a human body, which are capable of temporally synchronizing and collecting sole pressure of natural walking and movement information of a human body, and more accurately diagnosing a non-alignment syndrome by accurately grasping the characteristics of a waling operation through single and related analysis according to a waling step. According to the present invention, it is possible to connectively analyze sole pressure, movement of upper and lower legs, sole pressure changes in each step for walking, and movement of a related musculoskeletal system on a time basis on the basis of information measured in real time through a sole pressure sensor and a 3D sensor, and thus it is possible to more accurately and rapidly diagnose a non-alignment syndrome according to a quantitative standard. Therefore, a reliable and objective diagnosis can be performed. In addition, a 3D sensor having a limitation in measurement is used to compensate for 3D information on movement of a human body according to measurement of the 3D sensor on the basis of a change in sole pressure according to a walking step and a pattern for each waling step through a sole pressure sensor. Thus, it is possible to improve reliability of information necessary for determination of a non-alignment syndrome, and to manufacture equipment capable of performing a detailed diagnosis on a non-alignment syndrome at a relatively low cost. Such equipment can be easily distributed in places where the equipment is needed.본 발명은 자연스러운 보행의 족저 압력과 신체의 움직임 정보를 시간 동기화하여 수집한 후 보행 과정에 따라 단독 및 연관 분석을 통해 보행 동작의 특징을 정확하게 파악하도록 함으로써 보다 정확한 부정렬 증후군 진단이 가능하도록 한 족저 압력과 신체의 움직임 정보를 이용한 신체 부정렬 증후군 진단 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 환자의 보행을 족저 압력 센서와 3D 센서를 통해 실시간 측정한 정보를 토대로 족저 압력과 상·하지의 움직임, 보행을 위한 단계별 과정에서의 족부 압력 변화와 관련 근골격계의 움직임을 시간을 기준으로 연동 분석함으로써 보다 정확하고 신속하며 정량적 기준에 따라 부정렬 증후군을 진단할 수 있어 신뢰성
