PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically cut food products in the horizontal direction and efficiently add an additive between the cut food products without impairing the appearance of food products.SOLUTION: A cutting processing device includes: an upper chuck part 3 a lower chuck part 4 a cutting part 6 a hollow forming part 10 an adding part 7 and a mating part 8. The cutting part 6 cuts the food product into an upper part and a lower part with the food product held by the upper chuck part 3 and the lower chuck part 4. The hollow forming part 10 forms a hollow part in the cut surface of the lower part of the food product held by the lower chuck part 4. The adding part 7 adds an additive to the hollow part formed in the cutting surface of the lower part of the food product held by the lower chuck part 4.
