The invention relates to an umbilical cord tissue processing method, including the steps of: performing a fine crushing treatment on an umbilical cord in vitro to obtain umbilical cord pieces performing the umbilical cord pieces in tissue condition by cryopreservation after adding an anti-frozen solution with the umbilical cord pieces and cultivating the umbilical cord pieces to obtain umbilical cord derived cells after defrosting the umbilical cord pieces. With the umbilical cord tissue processing method of the invention, the cultivation recycling rate of the defrosted cells can be promoted, and ways of firstly freezing and preserving the umbilical cord pieces and then defrosting the umbilical cord pieces for cultivation can enhance the possibility of obtaining variety types of cells.本發明是關於一種臍帶組織處理方法,其包含在體外將臍帶進行細碎化處理以獲得臍帶碎塊,將該臍帶碎塊加入抗凍溶液後於組織狀態下以超低溫儲存,並可於解凍後培養該臍帶碎塊以獲得臍帶衍生細胞;故透過本發明之方法,可提升解凍後細胞培養之回收率,再者,先凍存臍帶碎塊再進行解凍培養的作法,也提升了培養獲得之細胞種類多樣化的可能性。
